Star Gaming Network announces the Version 1.4 Update for Golden Royal Blackjack. Version 1.4 corrects an issue of players losing their betting chips when the Host leaves the game.

Awards - Now you can earn 20 Awards throughout the game. Complete an Award and you can select it as your favorite. Favorite Awards are displayed next to your information during the game.

Larger Bets - You can now bet 100 and 250 Chips in both the Online and Offline game.

Xbox LIVE Multiplayer - Many issues were corrected in the Online Game. Bringing up the Guide during game play no longer causes the game to disconnect the other players or crash the game. Also many graphical and annoying glitches have been fixed.

How do you know what versions you have? Just look at the bottom of the Title Screen. If it says 1.4 you have the latest version. If it says Version 1.3, Version 1.2, Version 1.1, or no version is displayed then you have an older version and need to update.

Will I lost my chips, ranks, or awards if I update? No. You can even delete the game and still keep your data.

How much does this new version cost? Nothing, there is no charge for updating.

Can I play with people who have other versions? Yes and no. You can play with people who have Version 1.0, Version 1.2, or Version 1.3 and they can play with people who have Version 1.2, Version 1.3, and Version 1.4. People who have version 1.1 can only play with other people who have version 1.1. When you select "Join a Table" it will list the version number of the Host if they do not have the same version you have. Note that version 1.1 will crash if you select "Join Table" and it finds a table with a Version 1.0 host. Also keep in mind it is best to connect to the same version host as your version. You can still lose your betting chips in Version 1.4 if you connect to an older host.
